About me
Hi, thank you for dropping by my page. I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of providing psychological services to clients. I treat anxiety, depression, stress, work-related issues, self-esteem issues, identity issues, issues of discrimination, family issues, and more. My theoretical orientation is an integrative mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Multicultural therapy. I believe that we can improve our mood by changing the way we look at situations. It also helps to have someone who can listen to us. I am here to help.
Warmly,
Dr. Johanna Workman
