John is absolutely amazing. Creates a safe space. Not only is he great for those dark or tough sessions, but also assures you that it's totally normal and valid when you have sessions where you just sort of ramble about whatever not deeply insightful or not traumatic at all thing waltzes into your brain. Cannot recommend highly enough!
