Really lovely person who provided a safe space to share. I felt well listened to and support. I would certainly recommend John to anyone hoping to start therapy.

I am thankful to have John as my counselor! He has helped me build the necessary tools I’ve needed to help with emotional regulation, such as being able to be more in the moment and techniques that help me from getting to a point where I might have a panic attack. As well as ways of better communicating with my partner.

John is easy to talk to and I feel like he is always “on my side”. He listens and truly helps me. Just a 10/10 experience. He’s like having a really smart friend who genuinely cares.

I can't thank John enough for how much he helped. He did a fantastic job not only helping me overcome issues in the short term, but provided me with the perspectives, information, and methods to handle longer term issues. He has a keen eye for connecting things that may not seem related up front, but may be compounding on each other.

John is an incredible caring and helpful man who works incredibly hard to look at any situation that arises through a compassionate and supportive lense, while still being willing to point out when you are trying to shield your problems and hinder your own recovery. He also is very good at identifying harmful tendencies and relationships and at giving advice to address the problem in as complete a way as possible.
