About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey with 11 plus years of experience working in conjunction with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with addictions, mental health issues, communication issues, grief and loss, and goal setting. The population I work with have demonstrate symptoms of anxiety, depression, life adjustment issues, Bipolar disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, grief and loss, ADD, OCD, trauma/abuse, and relationship issues.

My therapeutic counseling style is based in Reality therapy, strength based, problem-solving in helping you to develop realistic goals you can achieve while developing balance between your mind, body, and spirit. Though I am compassionate, non-judgmental, understanding. I am open and honest. I will tell you like it is with compassion and understanding. My goal is to help you develop coping skills in dealing with life's struggles, an understanding of your environment, and in becoming the person you envision yourself to be.

It takes courage and strength to admit you need help. I am here for you, to work together in seeking a more fulfilling, balanced, happier life.

I look forward to working with you. May today be the start of a new journey.

When I first met him I was very nervous but after speaking to him the first day I realized he was very understanding and kind. Even made me laugh. I look forward to talking to him every week.
