Joi is extremely friendly. She is very good at asking the right questions to help me discover the triggers/causes of my anxiety. She also has amazing advice to help me try to stop the negative internal dialogue and instead focus on the more positive and productive thoughts. She is also helping me sort out my priorities and follow through on the many plans and lists my mind makes.

I can’t say enough good things about Joi. I’ve done talk therapy before and never had the help and results I’ve had with Joi in a very short time with her. I asked for her help in arming myself with the tools I need to navigate some tough relationships and she’s done that and more. She is so positive, encouraging, and genuine. She makes me think and she makes me proud of myself in ways I wasn’t before.
