About Me
Working in school, hospital, and health clinic based settings, I specialize in work with kids and teens, as well as young adults; however, I have experience in working with all populations and a willingness to work with anyone. I’ve been working in the mental health field for 8 years, and have held a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling for 5 years. My approach to counseling is simple; this is for you and about you. Taking a person-centered approach I work to ensure your goals and needs are met while working with you. I also work from a cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy background, while utilizing art therapy modalities. I focus first on building a relationship with clients, ensuring you feel safe and that there is trust in the therapeutic relationship.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jolene Rogers. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Jolene has helped me navigate through a very difficult time emotionally. I was drowning in anxiety and depression and was very relieved after a few sessions with Jolene. Her strategies have helped me to overcome my stress and have a positive perspective on the issues I was dealing with.
Has helped me heal past issues and gave me incredible advice on how to be better in relationships!
Empathic listener who provides great feedback. I have already suggested her to other people.
When I started my journey, I was unsure whether Jolene and I would be a good fit but as time has progressed, she has proven to be a wonderful advocate and supporter of growth and healing. She doesn't try to use cookie cutter techniques but she does use her talents to guide and assist me as I take on the responsibility and action needed for my own healing. I've very thankful for her guidance and support.
Jolene has been incredibly helpful, remembering my focus points from week to week and showing great interest in my concerns. She's a great listener and has been a great resource for me.
Jolene is a very nice lady. She listens to my concerns and we have prioritized those in a way that I feel comfortable with. We have gone over techniques to help with my anxiety and how to cope with it while being out
We have only had one session, but she seems great.
Very friendly and honest. She has helped me tremendously!
Jolene is the first counselor I've had that makes me feel listened to every time. She remembers what I've talked to her about, going several months back and remembers how I felt about those things at the time. She follows up from one week to the next to ask if and how things have improved and when they haven't, she offers new solutions to help me through. When I just need to be heard, she hears me. I can tell that she works really hard to be a strong and ever-improving support for her clients. Thanks, Jolene. I am grateful.
Very nice and very helpful I just don’t know how much yet.
