About me
Are you trying to reach your potential but finding yourself stuck in unhealthy habits, numbing out, getting anxious, or losing your temper? Do family stress and relationship stress keep you from finding joy in life? People might think you look very put together on the outside, but you're hurting, anxious, and confused inside. If you're here, then you know doing important internal work will help you live the life you want and know is possible.
I've worked in a lot of different settings. I know what helps people grow and what doesn't. There are specific reasons you're feeling or acting the way you are. We'll develop goals that address those reasons and see them through to completion.
If you're here looking at therapists, you already have a sense something is not as it should be. If these words resonate, let's connect and get an idea of what's wrong and how to change it.

Jon is an excellent counselor. He listens to every detail, is very easy to speak with (for someone like me who is closed off, this helps), and offers new ways and approaches of looking at the situations that have been in front of me and causing pain. I highly recommend Jon.

He's been great. Even as a counselor that was matched with me in 3 minutes (When the site says up to 24 hours) I had a feeling that he would be a good fit for me. He responds in a timely manner and has given me new ways to think about certain things in my life.
