About Me

Do you feel like no one understands what you are going through? Are you tired of telling your story (or attempting to tell your story), only to feel disappointment from people judging you, criticizing you, or making you feel like your concerns are not important?

You want someone who can understand the details of your situation. You want someone who has helped others in situations like yours. My mission is to ensure that each person who meets with me receives practical and useful help for the situations they are facing. I will provide you with an open, welcoming and safe space to express your concerns. We will work together to create a path through life that will work for you.

I earned my master's and doctorate in Professional Counseling and have been practicing counseling for over 13 years.
