Jonathan Graham

About Me

Welcome! My name is Jonathan Graham and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master's in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and my Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!). I have been working the past 4 years in a substance abuse addiction treatment center, providing both individual and group therapy on a daily basis. Through this work, I have worked with a variety of individuals who present with various issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, family issues, and many others.
I have found in my work that humans are capable of change in their lives, but we often have a difficult time doing it alone. I believe everyone is striving for a sense of purpose and peace and I hope to help people along the way. I take an honest and direct approach in therapy, providing a listening and non-judgmental ear, while also giving my humble opinion. I believe we all want someone to be real with us, rather than tell us what we want to hear. I use a strengths based and person-centered approach, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Existential Therapy. I look forward to hearing from you and working together!

Jonathon listens and understands. He offers insight and an alternative perspective that can be helpful. His expertise in dealing with situations surrounding addiction is very helpful and his Christian faith was refreshing without being the focus on our sessions

Jonathan has been so supportive in my efforts to heal myself. I feel comfortable sharing and he is extremely relatable as well as knowledgeable. He has made himself available not only through our sessions but also through our ongoing messaging when I need some support.
