I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist with 5 years of experience working with adult clients from all walks of life. One of my passions is couples therapy and I am building my experience in the realm of sex therapy, which is my primary focus at this time. I enjoy working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community of which I am a member myself.
My approach to my clients is one of unconditional positive regard, meaning there is an intrinsic value to you as a person, no matter what. My view of therapy is one of a shared journey in which I work with my clients to help them explore, learn and grow. In couples therapy, the focus is on assisting the couple in developing a shared purpose; one in which the couple works together to overcome the problem, rather than against one another.
