JonPaul was great. He listed to my issues and gave me great advice. The reason for leaving this service was because of scheduling.
I was always afraid to start therapy and find a therapist because I heard it took a few tries to find a good match but Better Help matched me perfectly with an amazing therapist. I feel so comfortable talking to him about anything and he always has the best advice. I’ve recommended Better Help to all of my friends and family and I always brag about how good my therapist is. JonPaul has offered so much help and I’ve personally seen a big difference with me in only the past few months. Thank you JonPaul.
JonPaul is a very good listener. Not judgmental. A great person to have my first experience with.
Jon is amazing!
JonPaul is a great listener. I can tell he makes a lot of time in his busy days to care individually about my sessions, concerns, and progress. He gives me the affirmations I need & gets real with me when I’m kidding myself.
After just a couple months I am already seeing noticeable improvements in my mental health & wellbeing, as well as these improvements reflecting in my personal relationships. I owe so much of this to JonPaul.
I'm grateful to have been paired with a professional, intelligent, nurturing & motivating therapist. I honestly look forward to our sessions & end each of them feeling empowered & supported .
Thank you for always being non-judgemental, transparent & encouraging of my growth, JonPaul.
I was hesistant at first to try therapy. But after having my first session with JonPaul, I felt more relaxed. He was a patient listener, his responses to my situation were very thoughtful and encouraging. It is a pleasure to have him as a counselor.
JonPaul is a versatile therapist; he was able to relate and communicate to me despite having different backgrounds and experiences. He clearly knows what he’s doing; he is careful with his messages but makes sure that he gets a relative message across the conversation. A short session or a message from him gives me relief with what I am going through. It makes things seem easier and bearable, that I instantly think that there is a solution to my every problem. If I could personally thank him for his work, I would do so. I’m impressed with his work.
