Dr. Jordan Rogers, LPC
About me
Each person deserves to live an authentic, meaningful, and happy life as we all search for our purpose and make meaning from our life experiences. At times life can feel overwhelming when we are presented with challenges, uncertainties, or unexpected events that can leave us questioning our purpose, feeling stuck in the past, worried about the future, or disconnected from our personal freedom. These challenges can get in the way of us realizing our potential by creating unfulfilling and unhealthy patterns that can be hard to escape on our own.
Counseling is a place to start exploring those patterns we find ourselves in and begin developing new patterns consistent with who we are authentically. As a counselor, I aim to understand your experience and help you find your freedom that empowers you to make choices consistent with your goals and authentic self. I provide a non-judgmental, caring, open, and accepting space that allows you to explore areas necessary for your growth. And, I hope to co-create meaning with you as you make sense of it all and re-connect to your unique purpose.
My formal education, training, and field experiences have prepared me to work with individuals across the lifespan addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
Thanks for taking the time to review my profile as you consider who may be a good fit for you as you embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth. I hope to work with you soon!
