Jorge Dominguez, LPC
I like to think that I did not choose to be a counselor but rather that counseling chose me. Aside from being a parent, counseling is the most rewarding part of my life. I strive to engage clients in a non-judgmental, non-directive and highly supportive manner. I utilize an integrative counseling approach when working with individuals allowing me the opportunity to draw from various counseling theories and techniques to better suit your needs. I graduated from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi with a Master’s of Science in Counseling in 2011 and have been licensed as a Professional Counselor and Chemical Dependency Counselor for over 5 years. In those 5+ years I have worked with adults, couples, families, teenagers, and children on a variety of issues from parenting skills to personality disorders. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder or are facing one of life’s many unexpected challenges and are not sure what to do next, please let me know how I can better assist you. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Jorge has helped me a lot in understanding my situation. He talks with me about having a plan for the future so if a situation comes up I already have one instead of needing one. He listens intently and picks up on little comments and touches bases about it to better understand the why. I really enjoy talking with Jorge.
