About me
Are you going through important life changes? Is conflict destroying your relationship with your spouse/intimate partner? Do you feel a loss of connection with yourself, your family, with others, or with God? Challenges are often disguised opportunities to learn new skills. Hope comes alive when we change the focus and the interpretations we give to our experiences free from our own destructive judgments and those of others. Together, let's leverage dynamic change strategies, spiritual principles, and my 30 years of clinical experience to create an atmosphere where hope and health improves your relationships and your quality of living. I help individuals, couples, and families address relationship crises such as escalating couple conflict; family breakdown in communication; pre and post divorce issues; unique family dynamics when the couple have children from prior relationships; and the role that trauma often plays in getting stuck and staying stuck in addictive behaviors.
