She’s been fantastic! Her catch phrase would be, “I hear you.” And she really does. She takes into account everything your saying and offered different ways of looking at situations and better ways of handling anxiety and depression.

I have been through dozens of counselors in my life, and seldom have I ever felt this lucky to be paired with such a gifted therapist. I have always felt complicated, but somehow Josely makes me feel safe, normalizes my insecurities, and helps me move on with gentleness and grace. I highly recommend her.
