About me

I earned my Master’s degree from Western Michigan University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and School Counselor (SCL). I have been working with teens and families since 2006 in a variety of settings: Outreach counseling in homes, office visits through our local community mental health agency, schools, and court mandated sessions. My purpose as a therapist is to help you determine your goals and learn tools to help you get where you want to be. You are worth it! Life is tough and you deserve to be listened to and given the resources needed to help you live your best life. I am most experienced in helping those with anxiety, managing grief, life transitions, communication in relationships and parenting. As a parent, former foster parent, and adoptive parent, I know how stressful (and enjoyable) raising children can be.

She’s the best therapist I’ve ever had! Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone I know that needs a therapist.
