Hello. My name is Joy and I am a therapist in private practice in Georgia.
My areas of focus include women and non-binary individuals struggling with anxiety, high levels of self-criticism, perfectionism, disordered eating/body image concerns, and life transitions.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship with those I work with characterized by collaboration and warmth. In my therapeutic work- in addition to insight-oriented therapy- I work from a lens of compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, & acceptance and commitment therapy.
