I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 12 years of counseling and coaching experience. I have a passion for helping individuals "connect the dots" between past experiences and current behavior to help set them on a course of healing and fulfillment. I am very passionate about inspiring and encouraging youth and adults to overcome limiting beliefs they might have and realize the greatness within.
My counseling experience include women issues, pre-marital and marriage counseling, youth, crisis intervention, grief, career challenges, and anxiety. Because I believe the impact of the mind and thoughts on our feelings and actions, and the results we seek in life, I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Approach combined with the Biblical Approach to help renew the mind and achieve the therapeutic and treatment goals you set.
