About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Wisconsin as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I received my training at UW-Whitewater and graduated in 2009 with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and Certification in School Counseling. I also received additional training in Marriage and Family Therapy. For the last six years I have worked in private practice counseling individuals and couples with relationship and anxiety struggles.

My mission is to make the world a better place by being a catalyst for positive change, one individual at a time. My approach to counseling is uniquely tailored to your specific needs and I work with you to develop goals and therapeutic strategies that build on your personal strengths. I also provide a positive, solution-focused, and supportive environment throughout your therapeutic journey while guiding you to make healthy life choices.
