I am a licensed psychologist in Ohio. I have worked with clients experiencing struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, trauma, bipolar disorder, career uncertainty, ADHD, and academic concerns. I was a college professor for 13 years and then transitioned to working in a college counseling center before starting my own private practice.
I strive to create a friendly, comfortable, and safe environment for my clients. The approach will be determined by your specific needs. I believe that we do not give ourselves enough credit for the extent of our ability to persevere. In our sessions, I hope to help you gain the perspective to find better ways to cope and flourish.
