About me
I use a person-centered, individualized approach to therapy. I understand everyone is unique with their own values, experiences, and struggles in life. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with my clients in a safe environment, so they can feel heard and motivated to make small steps towards positive changes in their lives. I have experience supporting those who find it difficult to go to school, women who struggle with eating disorders, older adults suffering from depression and chronic illness, and children and families faced with attachment issues. In addition, I see many who are trying to improve their self-esteem, manage their anxiety, or process their past traumas.
Everyone deserves to feel heard. Making the call is the first step towards getting the emotional support you need.
