I have a collaborative approach and utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, ecotherapy, expressive arts, play therapy, mindfulness, and meditation.
I have 10+ years of experience helping people create positive and lasting change through individual and group therapy, school-based counseling, and behavior modification programs. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and with individuals of all ages struggling with a wide variety of challenges including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, stress, mood instability, concentration issues, impulse control issues, and family conflict as well as trauma and adjustment related issues.
