After three sessions with Julian I already feel I'm making significant progress on a long road. Julian is a compassionate listener, is straight talker, and demystifies the process. I'm so glad we were matched. Thank you Julian.
He is an excellent therapist. Very friendly, receptive and helpful
I'm two sessions in but I'm already very grateful for Dr. Cano's insight and assistance. Not only is he an expert in his field, working with people with my background, disposition, and particular problems on a daily basis, but he also uses a science-based approach that is hard to find when treating substance abuse problems. Some of his suggestions I am already familiar with through my own research, but having him affirm my findings is good, and some of his suggestions are ones I have never even thought of or come across. I have begun implementing them to success.
Julian is highly experienced and qualified to help anyone who needs help in changing and improving . He has been helping me get through challenging situations by being a great listener and giving me strategies that have proven to be very successful.
Im very thankful I was matched with Julian, he has brought a difference to my daily life. He has helped me challenge fears I wouldn’t be able to over come. He listens to my concerns, thoughts, and problems and helps me understand what can be done and how to deal with them in a healthier way to avoid negative feelings.
Julian really cares and shows it with his work.
Julian is an excellent therapist! He has given me the tools I need to succeed in my journey.
Julian’s style of counseling has lead me on a journey to actually figure out who I am and why. It’s been an experience of rebirth to understand and identify the “why’s” in my life and move forward with new perspective. Not only have I faced and addressed passes traumas, I’m learning how to identify & control the way my body physically responds to it. Julian is very solution based which sets a strong tone for the week in between sessions. Receiving validation & closure on things I’d normally overanalyze has lifted so much weight that has always held me down. The biggest lesson I’m learning through our sessions is to trust myself. Learning how to trust myself has been the biggest factor in building self respect & confidence. I highly recommend Julian & am grateful for his guidance.
Julian is caring attentive knowledgeable and professional. His counseling has uncovered underlying issues in a positive way so that I can address them to get to my goals of overcoming my hang ups and have a better life.
Julian has been very understanding and helpful in sorting through the stressors in my life. He has reminded me of the importance of mindfulness. I am healing from my physical and mental ailments with his help.
Julian has been more helpful than all the Doctors, sense my anxiety started over a year ago.
A great counselor for general life, or struggles that have knocked you for a loop. I am so thankful for him!
Thank you for all your support and guidance.
Julian is very attentive to what I say and clues into areas that I had not thought about previously. He has been great in reassuring me that I am doing the right thing.
Julian does a great job and is very insightful. He listens well and offers suggestions that are on the mark and have been very helpful. I would highly recommend him.
Julian is great. He is understanding, patient and quick to respond.
Julian is a wonderful counselor. Julian has made me feel very comfortable in all areas, including being able to talk to him about the toughest situations for me and feeling no judgment, on top of clear, quick and direct communication aside from our sessions. Based on my counselor alone I would stay with better help a long time.
Very happy to work with Julian! He gives me wonderful insights into my situation that actually helps and motivates me
