About Me

Hi ! Something in your life has initiated this search for support and you’ve come to the right place. Making that first step at times can seem hard, but look at you already getting the ball rolling! I would love to provide a safe place for you to be able to speak your mind, express yourself and provide you with strategies to help you. Here is a little about me and how I plan to support you:

I have a master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M San Antonio (2017) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. During my internship in my masters program, I have worked with adults who are attempting to regain custody of their child and help them transition into their new normal once they have their child back in their care. I have spent the last four years working with children who have suffered trauma, abuse and depression. Before that I worked in a residential program for kids who were removed from their parents and endured trauma, abuse and neglect.

My therapeutic style involves helping you to arrive at awareness, strategies, and tools that you can begin using to make positive change in your life. Most importantly, we are going to make sure we are making progress on goals that you have for yourself. I will be there to guide you, encourage you and help in anyway I can to help you become your best self.
