These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Julie Atabe. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Julie is warm, skilled, and supportive. She offers practical tools and clear insights in a way that helps cut through to core issues and identify what’s going on underneath challenging situations. Her wisdom and experience is evident, and I’ve been very grateful for my weekly sessions with her. I always come away from our sessions with a new way of considering challenges. She is professional and timely in her responses, and she helps focus each session with prompts ahead of time which are very helpful. I highly recommend Julie!
I was nervous about getting paired with a therapist, because it’s not always a match the first time and you have to try again. I was relieved from the first message she sent me when we matched because it sounded like it was good potential. I’m still seeing Julie and I really like her a lot. She’s easy to talk to and has good suggestions. And even when I talk too much or ramble she never interrupts me. She genuinely seems to care about how I am and what’s going on, and I really appreciate that in a therapist. I know not everyone is a match, but if you like someone who is easy going, non-judgmental and has a sense of humor I think Julie is a perfect fit :)
Very effective and professional experience to help.
She is helpful when it comes to getting me to set goals and listens!
