About me

Hello there,

I am a licensed therapist in both California and Massachusetts and have over 10 years of experience working with individuals experiencing a broad range of challenges in various settings, including clinics, schools, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and homes.

Many of my clients come to me struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, OCD, identity, grief, sexuality, school or work-related challenges, relationships challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Therapy can be a deeply personal and vulnerable experience, and it is important to me that I create a laid back and nonjudgmental space where people can feel safe, heard, and understood. I am of the belief that people are experts on their own lives and experiences, and come to the table with myriad untold strengths. I also believe that people can often benefit from work to deepen their insights regarding themselves, their experiences, and the people and the world around them.

I employ multimodal and evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic and narrative therapies. These modalities help me to educate, empower, and support the individuals with whom I work.

Sometimes reaching out is the hardest part of this process, and if you are ready to do that, I am here.

I look forward to working with you!
