About Me

I have been employed as a licensed mental health therapist for 15 years, working with children, families, couples, elderly and many different age groups in office and in home therapy settings. I use a variety of therapy techniques from play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, anger management skills, conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, meditation to assist clients to establish their own goals and treatment plans, a very strength based approach.

I enjoy providing counseling to clients of many different age groups with different diagnoses and issues that they are dealing with in their lives. I also have provided a great deal of therapy for clients that are dealing with trauma and attachment issues. I focus on providing coping skills that clients can use in their lives and relationships on a daily basis to improve their quality of life and feel more positive and happy about life in general.
