I love my work! I strive to first understand my client's motivation and struggles, and then formulate a personalized treatment plan with achievable and measurable goals. I base the treatment plan on a thorough assessment of the client's symptoms and struggles. I borrow from several treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies. I tailor my approach to the individual strengths and wishes of the patient. After establishing a strong therapeutic bond, I focus on forgiveness, of self and others, and hope, for a future with limitless possibilities!

Julie, is very timely in her responses. She gives me a more complete way of looking at a problem and breaking it down into pieces that I can handle. I really enjoy the therapy through sessions/ emails. At first I didn't but it works real well.

Julie has been extremely helpful in my brain re-wiring process. Very caring counselor that understands my problems. She checks in on me every few days even when I don't message her, which makes me feel like she cares about me.
