About me
Do you feel lost in a situation or in life? Struggling to find meaning or develop lasting relationships? Feeling like you aren't sure where to turn? Do you often wake up with a "why bother?!" mood and find yourself wanting to go back to sleep? Do you find it difficult to move on from past traumas or situations? Do your thoughts race so fast you have difficulty in completing tasks? Do you avoid certain people, places or things due to anxiety? Life changes can feel so overwhelming at times, you are not alone! Having a therapist as an objective confidant to help guide you into making the best decisions for yourself and to have an open non-judgmental listening support can be so helpful. I would love the opportunity to be able to help you discover your full potential, to develop and discover coping skills to meet your goals in life. My services focus on identifying, healing, planning, and focusing on goals to help you live a healthy fulfilling life. I am human just like you, and have dealt with mental health on a professional level and a personal level. I feel that my experiences have helped me develop into the therapist I am today. I often use humor at times to help lighten conversation making things feel more manageable. I would be honored to work with you, you are not alone!

She really is so very kind and understanding. She takes the time to get to know you and is incredibly personable. I genuinely look forward to our sessions because it feels like I’m talking to an older friend. I feel safe and it’s a feeling I’ve never had before

Julie has been amazing, I found it hard to ‘click’ with previous therapists but Julie got me straight away! She is so thoughtful and knows what to say and how to say it at all the right times, I would recommend Julie to anyone! I’ve made so much progress already and that’s all down to her- thank you!

Julie is a great listener and a very empathetic therapist. I enjoyed working with her and always looked forward to our sessions together. She took the time to learn about me and was very sensitive and understanding. She gave me practical advice that was very helpful. Although I had to take a break from therapy due to other commitments at the time, I would definitely choose her again when I come back.
