Julie has been fundamental in the huge increase in my self confidence and belief in the last couple of months while I've been going through a tough patch in my relationship! She is such a great listener and knows exactly when to offer guidance and share her understanding. I always felt things were going at a pace I felt comfortable with but that I had goals and a purpose that I was working toward with my metal health, with Julie's insight and professional guidance. I am really glad I found her and am so thankful for her support and patient empathy!
