Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Julie Rose. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Julie is an amazing listener. She helps me work through my problems in a way where I am still the one in control and helps guide me to solutions that I can come to on my own. She makes sure we address everything I bring up in our session and refers back to things I’ve said if we run out of time, always making sure I get to talk about what’s on my mind. I can’t recommend her enough, especially for young, 20-something adults.

It’s interesting how people come in to your life at the right time. You came into my life at the perfect time and that’s no coincidence. Thank you for listening to me, thank you for letting me talk, thank you for helping me, thank you for being in my life now.

Juile has been a great support in getting me to commit to doing self-care and helping me focus on the issues most important to me :) rather than issues that feel urgent but aren't the most important in the long run
