About me

My name is Justin Carotti, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). I grew up in Fairfield County, CT and received my MSW from UCONN's School of Social Work and my BSW from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. I know both personally and professionally how internal and external pressures can impact our health, wellbeing, and overall outlook on the vision we have for our lives. I'm here to support you along the way.

In my practice, I believe that people have an innate capacity to heal. With the creation of a safe, supportive, and productive environment, change can happen. I approach the work with an emphasis on the "self" and look to foster a relationship where we can begin to unpack how you're struggling so that we can work together to build towards an understanding of how you can move forward.

I have formal training as a clinician, school social worker (Certified, CT), clinical supervisor (SIFI Certified), mentor, and coach (CF-L1), and have worked in a variety of settings ranging from public/private schools, to judicially referred residential programs, to private practice. I am committed and optimistic in the work that I do. Please know that I would consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to work with you.

Your mental health is a priority, let's get you back to betterment.
