Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Justin Nobles. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Justin is a very insightful counselor who recognizes that I need to work on my issues and offers his own personal experiences. Justin has encouraged me and helped me find and establish the foundation that is important for self growth and self care so that I may be my own mental point of orgin or my own source of happiness. With Justin's help I've learned the importance of seeking professional counsel before quitting be it a toxic relationship, a dead end job, impractical dream or whatever endeavor life throws at me. What I considered and been previously told where underlying issues have now become strengths and qualities I have now turned to my advantage. Life is a journey and we should use the past to guide us and to help us in the next chapter in our lives and that has been a philosophy Justin has helped me embrace.

I feel my needs are being met with Justin. He is able to relate to my problem and give advice from a “ive been here” point of view. He listens and is always available. I was skeptical about talking with someone over an app/computer but now that I’m doing it I wish I had done it sooner.

I am a “talk-me-off-the- (metaphorical) ledge” person. Justin always keeps calm and stays level-headed through my rants and he makes it a point to address the underlying themes. He takes the time to help me understand why I feel what I feel. One of the most important things he has done is remind me that I’m normal. I was in a relationship where I was constantly made to feel crazy, so I default to that. Justin makes sure that I understand that the feelings I have are normal and that I shouldn’t be so hard on myself. I think everyone could use that reminder. He listens well and offers me constructive coping mechanisms, which typically balances out my emotionally-driven decision making. I didn’t think I could be helped for a while there, but he reminds me that it’s a marathon and not a sprint and that we’re in this together. Even on the bad days, I believe that with his help, I can get to a better place mentally and emotionally (and that I will always have the methods he has taught me to make sure I stay there).
