My assumption is that it’s taken some time for you to consider reaching out to a therapist. It is so necessary and also
difficult to become vulnerable to talk about what you would like different for your life. My job is to get a complete picture
in the beginning to understand how that has happened, and then, always with your consent, to propose how I might be
helpful in changing that picture.
I am, at heart, a Logotherapist. I want for you to develop a sense of purpose and meaning for your life, at which point, you
will no longer need a therapist. I will use any or all of my training to get to that point- cognitive therapy, cognitive
behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprogramming (EMDR), exposure therapy, motivational
interviewing, and mindfulness.
I will work with you on creating a comfortable environment and relationship for you to make whatever changes are
necessary to get you to where you want to go.
