Welcome! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a certification in Expressive Arts Therapy. In general, I work with clients from a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and person-centered perspective. When you feel seen and heard, healing and growth happens much more easily. I see each individual as unique, so therapy will be uniquely tailored to meet your specific mental, emotional, and/or spiritual needs. I often teach mindfulness to help facilitate awareness of thoughts and behavior patterns. Additionally, I often use Existential Therapy to help you create a meaningful and fulfilling life, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize and change negative thought patterns that are stopping you from experiencing inner contentment and happiness. Occasionally, I offer Expressive Arts Therapy to individuals interested in exploring themselves through any artistic modality.
I believe that when we open ourselves to growth, healing, and change, we can finally live our best life. It is my pleasure to walk with you as you find your way into a healthier, happier life.

As a therapist who was seeking therapy, I can honestly say that Justina is a fantastic therapist in all areas. She is compassionate, respectful, prompt, knowledgeable, and a wonderful job of not making assumptions or judgements. She always seems to have the underlying goal of my therapy in mind, even when life throws a curve ball.

Unlike any therapist I’ve had before, knows the questions to ask and makes me feel like I can say whatever. I don’t feel like I can lead her at all or that she will hyper focus on stuff that doesn’t matter as much. I feel like I’m learning and retaining the right ways to communicate just by her having a conversation with me. I also feel like she lets me learn to be more accountable and honest without pressing me. Would definitely recommend her. It’s strange I’ve seen her on other therapy platforms but chose other therapists for some reason. Glad I found myself here.

Justina has been wonderful. She’s a genuinely active listener and she’s encouraging me significantly while I learn how to navigate my life’s emotional challenges. She’s been a great help to me and I’m thankful for the service that she provides. I feel inspired to follow a similar path pursuing psychology in large part due to the ways she has helped me.
