About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has had over 12 years of experience working with children, youth, transition age youth and adults. I provide individual, family and couples therapy for adults. I believe the trusting relationship between therapist and client is one of the most powerful tools of treatment. I provide a humanistic and strength based approach to my work to build confidence to work towards goals. I have a great deal of experience working with trauma survivors and those who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and suicidal thoughts. I believe that everyone deserves someone who supports them, trusts them and has confidence that they are able to meet their goals. I act as a guide, advocate, teacher of skills and most importantly a caring human being for all.

Kailey has been nothing but supportive and validating of me, my experiences, and my feelings since day one. She strongly encourages me to heal using strategies and things I already like, she goes out of her way to work these into our conversations and solutions. I would highly recommend Kailey to anybody who is in need of a counselor. She is personable, kind, and attentive.

Dr. Kilcoyne listens attentively and reflects back her concerns. She seems caring and understanding. I have only had 2 sessions thus far. Both sessions, I have found her to be responsive and guides me gently through difficulty issues.
