About me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia with over 5 years of experience. I have practiced in a variety of settings with diverse clients, including both long term and brief interventions. I have a passion for supporting individuals in low-income communities. I have provided services to individuals with mental health diagnosis, depression, and anxiety.

I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. As a therapist I understand clients and their needs vary, therefore I approach sessions based on the needs of the individual. There are frequent life changes that occur in client’s lives, and through my expertise I help with effective transitioning. I believe change happens with guidance that’s person centered and draws on the strengths to overcome obstacles and thrive in society. Even at my last session with her, she touched base with me on how I feel from the beginning to the end of our sessions, reviewing how much I’ve progressed and gave me basic techniques to fall back to whenever my problems arise or if I need a mental help pick-me-up. Overall, very patient and kind.
