About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi with a little over 4 years of experience working with adults and families. I have experience working with clients who's concerns include anger management, depression, anxiety, mental illness and ADHD. I also have experience working with people who have experienced trauma or abuse. I consider my counseling style to be warm and interactive. I truly believe in treating everyone with empathy, respect, compassion and sensitivity. My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I do understand that every individual is different and presents different concerns; therefore, I believe that it is important to individualize each person's treatment plan to fit their unique needs.

I am extremely glad to be a part of your life, to help guide you and develop you on your journey.

I can't wait to hear from you!
