I have only been working with Kara for a few weeks. We have barely scratched the surface. So with that being said, right now I can say, I feel safe with her, I feel listened to and valued. She seems eager to help me and is very honest about what it will take, yet sensitive to my needs.

I've been talking with Kara for 2 weeks now. She has helped me a lot. She has helped me to see where I need to set goals and to work on them plus she has been able to show me what is is affecting me down deeply. I like the fact that I can text her at any time. With regular counseling you only get to talk to your counselor once during the week and then spelled it with this I can talk to her throughout the week or communicate with her throughout the week.

Kara is deep. She has a solid foundation in the human psyche and is able to work effectively and quickly with my areas of concern. She is insightful, intuitive, professional and helpful. I am excited about developing new strategies to live my best life and connect on new levels with others. I would highly recommend Kara to others. So far, BetterHelp has provided the best counselors and mental health workers I've met. I'm excited about my future and feel that life is on a healing journey.
