Karen is so kind and understanding. She always does her best to communicate clearly and give as many tools as she can to help me without overwhelming me. I greatly appreciate her.
She is one of the most supportive, compassionate, motivating therapists I’ve met. She compels me to grow, challenges my old mindsets, and reminds me that I am never alone in my battles.
Karen Abear has a way of making me feel like I matter even though I'm sure has plenty of other clients. She checks in if I haven't scheduled a session to make sure I'm doing ok. She makes me feel comfortable opening up about what's bothering me and things I need to work through. She offers great insight on all subject matters whether it's how to deal with day to day life tasks or things that I need help working through that are long term. I really feel like she cares about what I talk about and I never feel judged. She's quick to respond if I have questions and that is highly appreciated. I really enjoy our sessions and always feel way better after we talk.
I have loved working with Karen so far! I have tried many therapists and Karen has felt like the first true, great fit for me.
I really look forward to talking with her each week and appreciate the tools she provides me with after every session.
Karen is wonderful - respectful, patient, and understanding. She gives great, honest advice and will work with you to help be your better self. Don’t hesitate.
Karen Abear has gone above and beyond for me, checks on me and makes sure all is well. Karen has made this whole process super comfortable for me, I’m so grateful to have a counselor like her in my life, truly appreciate her and BetterHelp.
Wonderful way to get help and have access to a support in life.
Karen is very understanding and easy to open up to. This week will be my 3rd session and I can honestly say life has been so much better. Thank you Karen
