About me
I am an individual therapist that has had worked in many settings including a foster care setting for 12 years dealing with trauma and adoption struggles. I have worked in community mental health for 8 years empowering those with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety, bipolar, adjustment disorders, anger management, parenting struggles, trauma and depression.
I am very compassionate using empathic listening, reflective listening and supportive listening to facilitate clear communication to meet clients where they are. I utilize CBT therapy to assist clients in meeting their goals. I believe everyone has value and everyone has strengths they can use to meet their goals.
