Karen is respectful and easy to talk to. She knows how/when to push through and when to hold back. I've enjoyed my sessions with her and have been able to experience a lot of growth/healing/understanding in a relatively short time.

Karen has been and continues to be a huge help in my life. I reached out in a moment of emotional desperation and I'm glad I've finally found someone that is as understanding and compassionate as she is. I've seen many other people for help, but Karen is by far the best I've ever worked with and I highly recommend her to anyone working through difficulties.

Karen is incredibly understanding and perceptive, very easy to talk to, and has given me some good recommendations on how to move forward. I feel like she understands where I'm coming from and it's reassuring to know I have someone on my team. Knowing that I can speak to her is in itself a great help.

I started using BetterHelp a couple of weeks ago because looking for a compatible counselor is frustrating and my insurance copay is too high for me to afford going to therapy on my current budget.

I don’t know if it was because of the questions I answered before getting matched up or if it was magic, but Karen Landmann is a perfect fit for me! Right away, she was easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and very knowledgeable about LGBT issues (which is really rare from what I’ve experienced with therapists in my area.)

She is a pleasure to talk to and frequently responds to messages outside of our scheduled sessions (which is a big part of why I started using BetterHelp in the first place). I look forward to continuing to work with her!

I came to Karen as I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress in my life. She has been nothing but helpful and always so caring. You can tell she really wants to help and always makes you feel better after talking to her. I cannot thank her enough and look forward to more improvements through working with her. Very lovely lady with a kind heart :)

I have been working with Karen online for a while and requested her as my therapist here when she joined. Karen is a very experienced, insightful, and wise therapist, as well as warm and caring. I've had a few therapists over the years, and some have been good, but Karen is amazing! She knows exactly what I need and is helping me so much on my healing journey. She responds quickly and always helps. Thank you!
