About me
It takes courage, strength and determination to ask for help. If you are currently facing any tough challenges, please remember that these can often, somehow, become our greatest gifts. This depends on our perspective and what steps are taken next. Asking for support is a great first step. I strive to help others gain a more empowering perspective, so those next steps support their goals and general well-being.
It's been over 17 years since obtaining my master's degree in social work from Bryn Mawr College and becoming a licensed clinician who supports children, parents, families, and individuals with a variety of challenges. I use a style that is warm, direct, and respectful, my approach combines modalities such as CBT, Nurtured Heart Approach, and mindfulness-based therapy. Together we can create a manageable, comprehensive plan to reach your unique goals. It would be an honor to have the opportunity to work with you.
