Kari helped me during a low point in my life, through her advice, knowledge and care, was able to guide me towards healthy behaviors and how to manage my anxiety and impulsive thoughts.

I would recommend Kari to anyone of my friends or family.

Since joining Betterhelp a few months ago, I have a totally different outlook on life. I was shy to open up to my therapist Kari at first, but even so, I was still able to get the support I needed then. Over time, I slowly began to delve into my inner struggles and issues that I was struggling to face in a space where I felt heard and supported. The worksheets provided by Kari and exercises to calm my anxiety and negative thoughts have helped a tremendous amount. Being able to talk about my faith and spiritual journey has also been a great blessing. I hope to continue to grow more positively while having Kari as my therapist. Thank you Betterhelp and thank you Kari Reagan.
