I am a licensed professional counselor in Michigan and have primary experience working in higher education. My undergraduate education was in teaching and I obtained a MA in Counseling from Central Michigan University in 2011. My counseling style is a blend between client-centered and cognitive behavioral. In our work together we will explore the thoughts, feelings & behaviors in your life that are not serving you well and work to make meaningful change.
