About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia who has 15 plus years of experience working with children and adults addressing issues of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress and life transitions. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work from Norfolk State University and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from South University.
I utilize cognitive behavioral, solution focused, strength based, and collaborative approaches to therapy while maintaining openness, flexibility and awareness to ensure that the needs of every family, couple and individual are met.
