I was a little skeptical about online therapy! But, I can honestly say I enjoy it! Dr. Murphy was quick to pick up what areas I needed some help with. She has been neutral and respecting when I reach out. She makes me feel like a priority, which is wonderful!
The short time I've been with Dr. Murphy- she's been very nice and patient adapting to my schedule and needs. She's very easy to talk to and encourages you to be better.
She is excellent, very quick to respond to my messages and always extremely supportive. I can't imagine having been paired with anyone else.
Dr. Murphy has really made me feel like I am able to overcome my concerns around relationships. She has been very supportive and responsive in helping me in this journey!
Dr. Murphy is great. She always is there to talk about what I need. Checks in if I haven't responded. And makes sure I have what I need. 10/10 she gives me what I need out of a councilor
She's been a great listener and given me solid practical advice in my current moments of crisis. I hope to continue working on healing when things are less crisis mode, and Dr. Murphy's approach seems to work for me.
Dr. Murphy is exactly the kind of therapist I needed. She is kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She listens to everything I have to say and empathizes with my struggles, while also offering insightful advice. She writes back often. I am so grateful for her help.

Dr. Murphy is amazing!
Dr. Murphy is excellent. Though I haven't been working with her for very long, I feel as though she is easy to trust and genuinely cares.
Dr Murphy is very friendly and gives very good advices. I am very satisfied with her for now.
My experience with Dr. Kate has been incredibly helpful thus far. She is available and responsive, so logistically she is easy to work with. On a deeper level, she is very understanding and has helped me realize a few things about myself that I wasn’t aware of. Her focus is holistic, goal-oriented, and 100% personalized. I plan to continue my relationship with BetterHelp and Dr. Kate for the long-term.
