I’ve been seeing Kate for around 6 months now and I cannot stress enough how incredibly kind and patient she is. She has taken the time to build rapport and a genuine relationship with me to fully understand the circumstances of my life and how she can support me. Right from the start Kate made me feel comfortable and at ease by sharing experiences and stories from her own life and showing her genuine and authentic nature. I am so grateful to have been paired with Kate, she has helped turned my life upside down for the better.

Kate is amazing! We had our first phone call session the other day and i had a horrible day at work and was a mess crying and everything! By the end of the phone call i felt a little relaxed and a little better about what happened. She is so caring and understanding!
