Katie Briggs is a great therapist, listener and motivater! She is very educated on anxiety, phobias and how the mind works. She is very compassionate and always makes me feel seen and valued. She has given me tons of guidance and assurance on my progress. We work together towards my goals and she always makes sure to remind me that I am making progress even when I do not see it myself. I have learned coping skills and strategies as well as a plan for recovery and working on my irration fears. Thank you Katie!!

Extremely effective!! Patient and very competent! Finds away to have you address and understand the difficult things about your behavior and situation, in a manner in which it is not derogatory. I would strongly recommend working with Katie!
