About me

Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and certified career counselor with 4 years of experience working as a school counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including lack of motivation, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, eating disorders/body image concerns, career challenges, Autism, and ADHD.

I view counseling as a collaborative process between myself and my clients. I am here to listen without judgment to my clients' challenges and help them identify the problems they face. From there, I help clients understand the negative patterns in their life--thoughts, behaviors, relationships--that contribute to these issues. My goal is to help clients develop coping skills that work for them, recognize and utilize their strengths, and identify their values. Ultimately, I help clients learn to cope with life's challenges, become more confident in their sense of self, and help them lead lives that are mindful and support their values and goals.

My approach combines acceptance and commitment, cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused therapy. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
